Another recall — Kiwi Industries has recalled some of their extremely cute baby onesies and rompers due to the possibility of the snaps detaching from the garment, thus creating a choking risk for infants and small children.
According to the CPSC:

I am unfamiliar with this brand of baby carrier but yesterday the CPSC, in cooperation with the company involved, has issued a voluntary recall on the Regal Lager Cybex 2.GO baby carrier.
